Ingredients

Organic Peppermint, Licorice, Organic Rosehips, Organic Tulsi, Orange Peel, Chaga, Golden Teachers. Each tea bag contains 150 mg / .15 g of Golden Teachers and 2.75 grams of healing herbs. 

Instructions

Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a large mug. Steep 3-5 minutes or more. You can steep each tea bag up to 2-3 times. Enjoy in a safe and relaxing setting.
